How do i get the jobs taking drive by pictures for realtors?

I love taking pictures and I was thinking that I could earn money doing it. We have realtors ,morgage companies, banks that repos. I think this is a good idea but I have no idea where to get started or what to say to get my foot into the door. Any suggestions would be helpful.

What are the best low commission realtors in Boston?

I have a condo in the Boston area that I plan on selling in about 9 months to a year and want to know what are the best low commission realtors in the Boston area. I don't want to pay more than 3% commission to a realtor, but want some level of service. The services I would need from the realtor are Multiple Listing Service (MLS), provide paper work for sales agreement, and closing, and negotiation with the buyer(s). I don't mind conducting our own open house and preparing our condo for sale. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Why do realtors charge their fee based on a percent of the of the sales price?

What does the sales price of a home have to do with anything. It does not cost any more to sell a $200,000 house than a $400,000 house. Why is not based on a flat fee? Sometime the Realtors make more than the homeowner does. This seem to be one of the largest scams played on the american public today.

Do most Commercial Realtors make more than Realtors specializing in Residential properties?

I've been a Realtor for about 4 years, selling only residential properties. I enjoy the investment side of real estate more and I really think I'd enjoy working in commercial real estate. On average, do Commercial Realtors make more than residential? I live in a decent size city with a lot of commercial property. Thanks!

Questions about realtors and buying a house?

I found a house that I would like to buy. The couple who owns it is going through a realtor to sell it. Is it possible to work with the owners instead so that the costly closing costs won't be a problem? The house I'm wanting to buy is $40,000. (I live in rural Indiana). What would the closing costs be? If I go through the realtor to buy this house, can I get the home loan from the bank of my choice or will I need to use the realtors financing? This will be my first home purchase and I know nothing about realtors. All help is much appreciated.

my method of advertising and marketing will change the whole game of selling a property at a bettter price. Problem: realtors and/or owners have a hard time seeing the advantage....its like they dont want to be up to date with change.

Can i pay my friends to market or sell my house for me in Florida? Can only Realtors receive commissions?

A realtor told me that only realtors can receive commissions in Florida. Is that true? Why couldn't i incent someone or thank a friend who sends me a buyer? That does not seem right. Why would i be forced to 'only' work with a realtor when my own 'warm market' is pretty big?
