How do I pick a rental agency to rent my house out for me?
I know I should check with the BBB, but what else? How much should I expect to pay the rental agency to take care of my house each month and find a good renter for me? And how would I get my $$$ each month? I've never done this and selling my house is out of the question. I am moving to go back to school in another state and need the revenue to pay for living expenses elsewhere.

Check out several property management agencies from phone book. ask them to give you references of clients they manage now. How much they charge only they can tell you. You can arrange to have them deposit money directly to your bank account, or send you periodic checks.
